GLP Compliant Toxicology Laboratory
This state of the art testing and research laboratory provides expert pre-clinical support to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. The first phase of this project includes over 50,000 square feet of Surgical, Teratology, Necropsy, Histology, Pathology Suites and Analytical laboratories. It also includes an extensive vivarium, office and support spaces.
Laboratories and fume hoods incorporate a Phoenix Lab Controls system. The project also includes a central chiller plant with redundant chillers, high efficiency condensing boilers, medium pressure steam plant for tunnel and cage washers, standby emergency power and redundant air handling. The project will be AAALAC certified in operation Spring 2010.
